Dr. Owns is the President of Dss Solutions Inc. and a pioneer in providing technology strategies for financial consolidation and optimization. Prior to that, Dr. Owns worked as a System Architect and BIST Methodologist at IBM. Dr. Owns holds a Research Fellow degree from UT Health San Antonio, a Doctoral of Science degree from George Mason University, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Maryland.
