Mohamed Elmallah

Mohamed Elmallah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and IT service delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DSShield since May 2022, previous roles include OSS Manager at MIS - KSA, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT infrastructure for 3,500 users across multiple sites and contributing to smart city initiatives. Prior experience as an ITSM Consultant for the Madinah Region Municipality involved end-to-end management of IT organization and service delivery.
