João Bento has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. João began their career in 2004 as the responsible person at a Nokia Care Point where they managed a team, reviewed billing, and served as an internal trainer. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Schenker Logistics, where they were responsible for warehouse logistics and performed various tasks using the SAP system. In 2009, they joined the Instituto Electrotecnico Português as an FTTH Network/VPM for Portugal Telecom, where they analyzed the state of the telecommunications network, provided recommendations for improvement, and served as a trainer in telecommunications. In 2012, they briefly worked at IEP as an FTTH Network/VPM and trainer for Portugal Telecom. João then joined dstelecom in 2013, where they held multiple roles including FTTH Site Manager, Field Service Supervisor, Operational Manager/Project Manager for Smart Cities, and internal Business Development Manager. João is currently the Head of Department for Customer Service at dstelecom.
