DSTRCT-04 exists for one reason, to help people build strength, confidence, and a training habit that lasts a lifetime.

We're a small group strength training club in Wellington built around real coaching, structured programming, and a community that keeps you accountable. Our members are everyday people, busy, motivated, and done with starting over. They come to DSTRCT because they want results and they want to actually enjoy the process of getting there.

Every session is coached. Every block is programmed with intent. Every member is known by name.

This isn't access to a gym. It's a process that works.
