Alesya Shabanova has extensive experience in the maritime and logistics sectors, beginning with roles at HAV Chartering AS where operations involved managing post-fixture activities for multiple vessels and searching for cargoes for dry bulk vessels. After serving as an intern at HAV Chartering AS and DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, Alesya progressed to managerial positions including Manager of Nordic Road International at DSV and Traffic Manager West at DB Schenker.
