Andrius Trainavičius

Andrius Trainavičius is the Director of Direct Operations at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where they are responsible for overseeing eight business units and driving growth and efficiency. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Direct for Latvia and Lithuania at Schenker UAB / Schenker SIA, successfully re-establishing a fast-growing freight team. Their earlier experience includes positions at DB Schenker, where they also held leadership roles and focused on operational improvements and staff development. Andrius holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the International School of Law and Business and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Process Management from Vilnius University.
