Bincy Varghese

Bincy Varghese has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Manager HR & Admin for DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Bahrain and Oman since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bincy held positions as HR Operations Manager at BMMI from September 2022 to November 2024, and as Senior Human Resources Specialist at DSV from November 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as HR Officer at Almoayed Chambers and Human Resources Manager at HPD Innovation Lab, among others. Bincy holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification and an MBA specializing in HR & Marketing from the Gandhi Institute of Management Studies, along with a BA in Psychology and Political Science from D.A.V Women's College.
