Brian Schmidt

Brian Schmidt is an experienced logistics leader who has worked in various roles within the transport and logistics industry since 1982. Currently serving as General Manager for Trucking, Domestic, International, and Projects at DSV, Brian focuses on driving strategic trucking initiatives with an emphasis on customer value and sustainable logistics, particularly in LCO₂ transport for Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS). Previously, Brian held management positions at multiple companies, including Danbor Service AS and Norfolk Line, where significant contributions were made to operational efficiency and service standards. Brian began their career as a Warehouse Expeditor at Maersk Oil and has built a robust foundation in both domestic and international transport management.
