Divya Kothari is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over four years of post-qualification experience in advising clients on taxation matters, including Indirect taxes and Economic Substance Regulations. They have been instrumental in VAT implementation, compliance, and transaction advisory for clients in various sectors such as real estate, FMCG, and hospitality. Previously, Divya worked at Grant Thornton Bahrain as a VAT consultant and served as a Tax consultant at Grant Thornton UAE. Currently, Divya is the Tax Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics and has also held the position of Assistant Manager at BDO UAE in 2023.
