Floor Blankespoor is the Senior Director of Customer & Operations Services at DSV Road B.V., where they focus on customer service, invoicing, and operations. Floor began their career as a Tender Engineer at Schenker B.V. and has since built a robust foundation in process and project management, holding a Six Sigma Black Belt and various leadership roles. Floor's educational background includes a Masterclass in Global Supply Chain & Logistics from Antwerp Management School and a BSc in Logistics & Technical Transport Science.
