Greg Smidt is currently the Vice President of Operations at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, leading a division with over 200 indirect reports and managing a $220 million annual revenue. Previously, they held significant operational roles at DB Schenker, where they exceeded profit targets and received accolades for safety and productivity. Early in their career at Baldwin Filters, Greg served as both an HR Administrator and Project Manager, where they implemented key policies and secured ISO 9000 certification. Greg is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
