Heidi Mata

Heidi Mata is currently the Director of People & Organization at DSV Finland, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in various HR positions, including HR Researcher at GlaxoSmithKline and HR Specialist at Vaasan Oy, where they developed recruitment processes and supported HR policies. Heidi also worked as a Recruitment Partner and HR Business Partner at Retta, contributing to executive management and employee wellbeing. They hold a Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Helsinki, earned in 2011.
