Lynn Ware is an employee training and development professional with twenty years of experience in organizational and employee development, instructional design, and quality management across various industries, including dietary supplements and aerospace. Lynn formerly served as General Manager at Fusion Formulations and held roles such as Training Manager at ADC and Global Quality Manager at UTi Worldwide Inc. Currently, Lynn works as the Director of Global Quality & Administration at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Cardinal Stritch University and a degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University.
