Mark Crane

Mark Crane, PhD, is a Senior Training Manager leading a dynamic team focused on process training and onboarding at nine 3PL sites across Canada. They work cross-functionally to achieve high-impact results and maintain compliance with a comprehensive Quality Management System. Previously, Mark served as an instructor at Nipissing University, where they were the first to design and deliver an online course, and they held various training roles at Amazon Fulfillment Services Canada before joining DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. Mark holds a PhD in European History from the University of Toronto, complemented by previous degrees from the same institution and the University of Windsor.
