Max Menzel

Max Menzel is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, overseeing APAC Road since May 2025. Previously, Max served as Director of Strategy & Planning at DB Schenker from July 2012 to April 2025, focusing on the rapid expansion of Land Transport in Asia through the ACCELERATING strategy. Max held multiple general management roles at DB Schenker, including leading Contract Logistics for Greater China with significant P&L responsibilities and overseeing a large team. In addition to a freelance coaching role, Max was a Board Member at Schenker Jinbei Logistics from November 2017 to November 2019. Max began an academic career as a student assistant at the Berlin Institute of Technology, teaching undergraduates before earning a diploma in Industrial Engineering and engaging in further education at Beijing Institute of Technology and Tongji University.
