Michael Jaza

Michael Jaza serves as the Senior Director of Business Excellence Americas at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, a position held since 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Business Excellence division across the Americas and implementing strategies for non-revenue-generating functions. Previous roles at DSV include Director of Road BCM Americas, focusing on efficiency and digital transformation, and Group Business Change Manager, managing stakeholder interactions globally. Prior to DSV, Michael worked at IKEA Group as a Logistics Supervisor/Operator and at TNT as a Logistics Operator, along with a summer position at Akzo Nobel Chemicals. Michael holds a master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Business from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 2017.
