Mick Swift

Mick Swift is currently the Group QHSE Compliance Manager for Dangerous Goods at DSV Global Transport and Logistics, where they specialize in the storage and international multimodal transport of chemicals. They previously served as the HSSEQ European Manager and DGSA at Agility from 2013 to 2022, overseeing European Chemicals compliance and leading safety initiatives. Mick began their career as a Police Constable with West Yorkshire Police from 1988 to 1998 and has held various health and safety positions, including as H&S Advisor at TDG and QHSE Manager at Norbert Dentressangle UK. They also contributed as a School Governor at The King's School, Pontefract from 2010 to 2018, focusing on health and safety compliance. Mick holds multiple qualifications, including a Qualified Embalmer certification and a City and Guilds in Education and Training.
