Mike Roufs

Mike Roufs is a seasoned professional in supply chain and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics. With extensive experience in logistics management, they have successfully led various large-scale transformation projects, notably at DHL Supply Chain, where they drove multimillion-euro revenue increases. As a co-owner of Roufs & Zn Bedrijfskundig Adviesbureau, Mike provided consultancy to micro and SMB entrepreneurs. They have also held prominent roles in UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Johnson Controls, focusing on operational excellence and customer management. Mike holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
