Ronald Poort

Ronald Poort has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as EVP and Global Head of Consumer at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics since May 2007, Ronald Poort previously held the role of Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to DSV, Ronald Poort was the Manager of Marketing & Sales at Jan de Rijk Logistics from June 2000 to April 2007. Earlier career positions include Black Belt/Six Sigma and Sales Manager at Penske Logistics Europe, Sales Manager at Transportgroep Van der Graaf, and Consultant at Logion. Ronald Poort earned a degree in Logistics from Breda University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1988.
