Shantanu Roy is an accomplished professional in the fields of technology and logistics with extensive experience in business development, digital transformation, and automation. Currently serving as the Head of Regional Business Development for Asia Pacific at DSV since November 2025, Shantanu has previously held key leadership positions such as Chief Information Officer for DB Schenker in Singapore and Malaysia and in India, as well as Chief Technology Officer for Ehaat. With a strong foundation in supply chain execution from a role as Principal Consultant at Infosys, Shantanu has a proven track record of driving innovation through digital strategies, automating systems, and enhancing operational efficiency. As a co-founder of Stragure Software Technologies, Shantanu significantly contributed to the company's growth, consistently achieving high revenue increases. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
