Tom Riester has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tom started their career at Bridgestone, where they held various positions and was ultimately promoted multiple times. During their time at Bridgestone, Tom played a crucial role in implementing supply chain management strategies and significantly contributed to surpassing the company's market share goals.
Following their tenure at Bridgestone, Tom joined Twentieth Century Fox as an intern, where they contributed to the development and implementation of international marketing plans for full-length feature films. Tom also reviewed and analyzed international territory advertising and public relations plans to enhance revenue potential.
Tom later transitioned to DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, where they held several leadership positions. Tom successfully restructured and unified sales operations, enabling the company to generate more revenue with fewer resources. Tom also led the transformation of local sales and route development organizations, turning them into one of the top-performing teams globally.

Tom Riester earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University from 1989 to 1995. Tom then pursued an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business from 2001 to 2003. In addition, Tom obtained several certifications including Professional Selling Skills (PSS), Six Sigma - Green Belt Certification Level, and Toastmasters CTM and Officer Training.
