Thomas S. Jessep

Thomas S. Jessep was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for DSW Inc. in January 2019, leading human resources, strategy, communications and distribution/fulfillment. Mr. Jessep was previously the company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining DSW Inc. in 2014, Mr. Jessep held a variety of leadership roles at Golfsmith International, The TJX Companies, Inc., and UPS Supply Chain Solutions.
