Edwin Lock

Edwin Lock is an international waterborne transport consultant and project manager with extensive experience in port development, transport economy, and strategic policy across various countries, including those in Europe, Asia, and Africa. They have served as a team leader and port development expert at Ecorys and have founded Neptune Maritime Consultancy, where they currently direct efforts in the port and maritime transport sector. Lock holds a B.Sc. in Logistics and Port Management and a M.Sc. in Maritime Studies, bringing over 20 years of expertise to multidisciplinary and multinational projects. Additionally, they have contributed to significant European Commission projects, further solidifying their role as a leader in transport economics and infrastructure.
