Liban Jama

Liban Jama is a Program Management specialist with over 14 years of progressive experience in project management, focusing on program design, implementation, and evaluation in stabilization and development contexts. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID/Somalia’s Transition Initiatives for Stabilization Saddex (TIS3) Program, Liban has previously held multiple leadership roles in various international organizations, managing significant portfolios and ensuring effective program operations. Liban's expertise includes conflict resolution, governance, and youth engagement, contributing to stabilization efforts in Somalia and enhancing local capacities. They hold a Bachelor of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration, specializing in finance, from the University of Mysore.
