Seth Olson

Seth Olson is an adjunct professor at Champlain College, teaching 'Environmental Decision Making' to upper-level undergraduates. They also work as an independent consultant, bringing expertise in sustainability strategy and systems thinking to various organizations. Previously, Seth served as a Senior Manager for Food Systems at GreenBiz Group and held roles at Resonance, where they advised on corporate sustainability and managed strategic partnerships. They began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Delaware and are currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. Outside of work, Seth enjoys skiing, biking, gardening, and spending time with their pets.
