Steve Baker, CA, CMA, CPA, ICD.D, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair at DT Midstream, Baker also holds leadership roles as President of Rondeau Energy Consulting Inc and Advisory Board Chair at the Ivey Energy Policy and Management Centre. Past experience includes significant positions at Independent Electricity System Operator, Enbridge, and Spectra Energy, where Baker contributed as a Board Member and executive leader. Baker's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
