Stefan Hörz

Stefan Heinemann has extensive experience in operational management, safety compliance, and project leadership, with a notable career trajectory from entry-level positions to senior management roles. Currently on sabbatical since May 2021, Stefan previously served as Assistant Director of Archives at Avantor, where responsibilities included operational performance and compliance oversight. Key achievements include establishing a successful sample management service line, driving significant revenue growth, and developing safety policies related to radioactive material handling. Prior roles included Site Operations Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at Avantor, as well as various positions at EPL Archives, Inc., and Old Dominion University. Stefan holds a Master of Science in Oceanography and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University and James Madison University, respectively.
