Account Manager Team Lead at DTC

Josh Woollen has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years. Josh started out as a certified integrated technician, responsible for computer networking, system administration, and practice management software deployment. In their previous company, Henry Schein Dental, they were also responsible for 3D radiography equipment installation and configuration.

Since August 2016, Josh has been working as an account manager at DTC. In this role, they are responsible for identifying problems and efficiently installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance for clients in the Northern Virgina/Washington/ Baltimore metro Area. Josh also provides suggestions and suggests long-term cost effective solutions.

Josh is highly skilled in computer networking and administration, as well as dental equipment installation and repair. Josh has a strong commitment to customer service and takes pride in their work.
