Tracy Newman, SCMP®, is an award-winning strategic communications and change management expert with over 15 years of experience in diverse industries. They currently serve as Vice President of Business Transformation at DTC, Inc., where they drive strategic initiatives and optimize operations. Previously, Tracy held significant roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Maryland Department of the Environment, and Sinclair Broadcast Group, where they excelled in communications planning, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change strategies. Tracy is also a certified Group Fitness Instructor, having taught indoor cycling classes for over a decade.
