Ryan Kiley

Ryan Kiley is currently the Director of Business Development at DTE Vantage, where they lead the inorganic growth strategy for this subsidiary of DTE Energy. With over two decades of experience in business development, Ryan previously served as Executive Director of NorthStar Onsite, managing a high-growth renewable energy division. They also held various roles at Consumers Energy, Nutshell CRM, and P&M Corporate Finance, gaining expertise in product development, customer experience, and investment banking. Ryan has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
