Drew Jones

Drew Jones is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in customer success and operational support. Currently serving as Vice President of Polygon Enablement at Polygon Labs since October 2022, Drew previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services, including Head of Partner Operational Support Services and Head of Customer Enablement and Cloud Optimization. Prior to AWS, Drew was Vice President of Customer Success at Rehearsal, where a Customer Success team was built from the ground up. Additional experience includes positions at CDW as Director of Software Solutions & Services, and various roles at iDevFactory, Dell, Dynamic Impressions Web Design, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Task Force Tips, Inc., and NetNITCO Internet Services, showcasing a strong foundation in software solutions, technical consulting, and web development initiated during military service in the United States Marine Corps.
