Michael Kunz

Michael Kunz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer engineering and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Engineer at Dtex Systems since 2018, Michael maintains customer systems based on Dtex solutions and collaborates on updates and operational issues for both on-premise and AWS Cloud deployments. Previously, as a Senior Business Analyst at TalentWave, Michael facilitated software asset management using multiple data sources at Intuit Inc. In earlier roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, Michael established IT infrastructure standards and developed complex system solutions, guiding customers through the Proof of Concept process to minimize purchase risks. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco and an Information Technology Certificate from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
