DTI Laboratories, Inc., (DTIL) is a leader in hemoglobin A1c testing including: detection of abnormal hemoglobin variants such as Hb S, C and Fetal hemoglobin.  DTIL developed the first and only FDA approved finger-stick (capillary) A1c collection test kit in 1998.  In 2002 the AccuBase A1c kit was FDA approved for OTC use.  In addition to being a leading company in at-home A1c testing, the AccuBase HPLC-IE technology kit has supported major clinical trials for many years.
