Britt Andrzejewski

Britt Andrzejewski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Britt currently serves as a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead at DTN since December 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at DTN from January 2022 to December 2023. Before joining DTN, Britt worked at Sage Dental as a Talent Acquisition, Staff & Hygiene professional from July 2020 to January 2022. Britt also served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at InterDent Service Corporation from September 2018 to July 2020.

Earlier in their career, Britt worked at Robert Half as a Staffing Manager, where they managed partnerships and recruited finance and administrative professionals for national accounts. Britt initially worked in the Northern Illinois region and later moved to the Portland, Oregon branch. Prior to Robert Half, they were a Production Print Sales Specialist and an Account Executive at COTG – A Xerox Company, where they implemented document management solutions and developed business for their clients.

Britt started their career as a Member and Board Relations Coordinator, Major Accounts at the National Association of Manufacturers - NAM, where they managed partnerships and coordinated outreach efforts with national accounts and the NAM Board of Directors. Britt also worked as a Project Intern at the Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, where they identified funding opportunities for retired NFL players in need of financial and medical assistance.

Britt Andrzejewski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also briefly studied Communication and Media Studies at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. In 2015, Britt obtained a certification in the NAMSR Medical Sales Training Program from NAMSR.
