Lean Sibal

Lean Sibal has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. They are currently employed as a Lead Software Engineer at DTN, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Full Stack - Tech Lead at the same company. Before joining DTN, Lean worked as a Senior NodeJS Software Engineer at Manulife from 2019 to 2020. They also served as a Technical Lead at GrowthOps from 2017 to 2019 and as Chief Operations Officer at Pragmanila Solutions Inc. from 2016 to 2017.

From 2005 to 2012, Lean Sibal attended Far Eastern University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
