Robert Springfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Field Services Specialist at DTN since October 2019, Robert is responsible for deploying software solutions at remote customer sites and collaborating with customers on system evaluations and troubleshooting network issues. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Field Services Engineer at Service Express, where duties included inspecting equipment to reduce downtime, training personnel, and managing maintenance records. Robert’s career also includes significant tenures at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Cerner Corporation in technical support and analysis roles, along with early experience as a Senior Medical Instrument Technician.
