DTPS Ltd. provides strategic analysis and commercial insight for companies operating in Alberta's oil sands sector.

Founded by an independent consultant with direct project management experience at major Alberta oil sands operators, DTPS helps EPCs, technology vendors, and service companies establish themselves as reliable, long-term partners to owner-operators.

Services are based on five years of owner-side brownfield project experience – leading projects valued at up to $60M across mine, extraction and tailings assets, working between Calgary project offices and field sites at Kearl and Cold Lake. Over that time, DTPS's founder worked directly alongside more than 20 contractor and vendor companies – selecting EPCs, engineering firms and construction companies, negotiating commercial scopes, and evaluating software solutions for project teams.
