Kim Oswin is the Head of Collections at dtr (Limelight Group) since July 2014. Kim also holds the title of Southern Regional Manager and Network Change Lead, overseeing Retail Branch Managers and leading operational and IT work streams for product and process improvements. Prior to this, Kim was a Country Manager at Travelex, managing 35 Retail stores and the entire business in New Zealand. Kim also has experience as a Business Mentor at Business Mentors New Zealand, providing guidance to various companies. With a background in finance and audit from companies like Thomas Cook and Coopers & Lybrand, Kim holds an MBA from Loughborough University.
