Amit Chanda is a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since January 2024, focusing on Spin-to-charge interconversion in two-dimensional electron gas at the interface of oxide bilayers. Previously, Amit served as a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of South Florida from October 2020 to December 2023, exploring magnonic spin currents, spin-to-charge interconversion, and magnetothermoelectric phenomena. Amit's research experience also includes a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National University of Singapore from February 2019 to January 2020, concentrating on spin dynamics through microwave magneto-transport of magnetic materials. Amit obtained a PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the National University of Singapore in February 2019, following a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Honours) and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Calcutta.
