Camilla C.

Camilla C. is a tenure-track researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since August 2021, involved in the planning and execution of the Danish National Dietary and Physical Activity Survey 2021-2023 and participating in the OnePlate project focused on promoting healthy and sustainable diets for Danish families. Prior to this role, Camilla served as an academic officer at the National Food Institute at the same institution from April 2019 to July 2021. Camilla's research experience includes a postdoctoral role at the University of Reading, investigating bile acids as biomarkers of health, a research associate position at the University of Glasgow analyzing short chain fatty acids, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Surrey studying the role of gut bacteria in diabetes development. Camilla holds a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Imperial College London, an MSc in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen, and a BSc in Biology from Aarhus University, with additional educational experiences at AgroParisTech and McGill University.
