Frida Hammel

Frida Hammel is a PhD student at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, specializing in the research group 'Diversity in Technology', with a focus on gender and ethnic diversity in social innovation processes and the construction of professional identities among engineering students. Prior experience includes serving as Tech Program Manager and Head of Education and Volunteering at ReDI School of Digital Integration Denmark, where Frida played a key role in establishing the organization and developing educational initiatives. Additionally, Frida has contributed to promoting equality through workshops and events at Handletanken Ligefrem, and has experience in digital transformation consulting at Implement Consulting Group and digital marketing at Deloitte. Frida holds a master's degree in E-business and a bachelor's degree in Intercultural Marketing Communication from Copenhagen Business School, along with studies in Anthropology at the University of Copenhagen.
