Giulia Nardelli is an Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) since September 2024, focusing on innovation, implementation, and digitalization processes that enhance employee well-being and productivity. Nardelli also serves as an Academic Lecturer at IU Group, teaching entrepreneurship, innovation, and digitalization. Previously, Nardelli held multiple positions at DTU from 2014 to 2022, including roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in Implementation and Performance Management, concentrating on innovation processes in work digitalization and service automation. As a Ph.D. Fellow, research concentrated on managing innovation in facilities management. Nardelli served as a jury member for the EuroFM Partners for Innovation Award and received recognition as the European FM Researcher of the Year in 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technologies from Università Bocconi and a Master's in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School.
