Ignacio Marti Perez

Ignacio Marti Perez is an Executive Director specialized in renewable energies, currently serving as the Head of Division at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU Wind), where they lead research and innovation strategies for wind energy materials and components. With over twenty years of international experience, including significant roles in various European R&D organizations, they have demonstrated expertise in managing research teams and developing technology roadmaps. Ignacio has held key positions such as Innovation and Research Director at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult and Chairman of IEA Wind, coordinating research activities across 22 countries. They are focused on enhancing the economic and scientific performance of Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs), particularly in wind energy and offshore renewables.
