Mathias Kirkegaard

Mathias Kirkegaard is an accomplished R&D Manager at Haldor Topsoe A/S since January 2013, overseeing the SOEC Stack Pilot Production and leading the Refinery Process R&D Department, which includes a skilled team involved in catalyst and technology testing. Kirkegaard has also managed critical projects related to Overall Equipment Effectiveness and has a background in fostering continuous improvement in R&D workflows. Prior to this, Kirkegaard founded Light Design ApS, focusing on event lighting and project management, and has held various roles, including volunteer sea rescuer and project manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen and additional studies in innovation and European project management.
