Merle Diedrichsen is a PhD candidate at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in Medical Imaging & Image Analysis at DTU Health Tech and conducting a master thesis focused on topographic EEG analysis in stroke patients. Merle has worked as a student assistant in data analytics at Novozymes OneHealth and served as a visiting student researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine, where research projects involved EEG frequency analysis in stroke patients. Additional research includes a special course on 3D ultrasound for blood velocity estimation and the development of a deep neural network for sensor data reconstruction during undergraduate studies at Basler AG.
