Peter Ottesen is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at DTU Tech Transfer since January 2017, Peter Ottesen leads the commercialization of deep tech inventions, overseeing the commercial, technical, and IP due diligence processes. As the founder of Equinostic ApS from 2005 to 2018, Peter Ottesen successfully developed a diagnostic apparatus for the veterinary market with venture capital support. Additionally, as a Project Manager at the University of Copenhagen for a decade, Peter Ottesen established and managed two business accelerators, focusing on fundraising and start-up consultancy. Earlier, Peter Ottesen founded PCO MicroScreening A, which specialized in label-free methods for detecting small molecules in water.
