Troels Schmitto has extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy roles, currently serving as a lektor and instructor at DTU - Technical University of Denmark since September 2017, and as a management consultant at Schmitto Rådgivning og Analyase since August 2018. Previously, Troels held the position of chief consultant at Landbrugsstyrelsen from August 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included leading the development and implementation of a strategic efficiency plan. Troels served as the finance chief and department head for economics, IT, and services at Socialpædagogernes Landsforbund from November 2005 to September 2017, successfully developing the organization's financial model and enhancing financial reporting. Earlier experiences include roles as a consultant at Muusmann, finance chief at Vejdirektoratet, and a financial officer at the Ministry of Finance. Troels holds a cand.scient.pol. in political science from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Public Administration from Copenhagen Business School, along with various other qualifications in economics and leadership.
