Mark Rose

Vice President, DMPK at DTx Pharma

Mark Rose has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including Novartis, Merck, Amgen, GSK, and CHDI Management. Mark has held various roles, including Director of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics, Research Fellow, and Vice President of DMPK. In their most recent position at Gossamer Bio, Mark was the Executive Director and Head of DMPK, leading all aspects of DMPK support to Gossamer's discovery, development, and clinical programs. Mark has also managed a team of scientists involved in the bioanalysis of large molecules using LC-MS/MS. Mark has extensive experience in initiating and monitoring DMPK activities at CHDI-affiliated laboratories in both North America and Europe.

Mark Rose earned their high school diploma from North Hills in 1983, after which they attended Penn State University from 1983 to 1987, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Mark then pursued a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from The University of Kansas from 1991 to 1996. Mark's education history also indicates that they have some association with the University of Kansas, but no further details are provided.
