The Group’s origins lie in the delivery of UK-accredited clinical training to UK organisations operating overseas, and its work has evolved alongside the founder’s progression through frontline emergency care, Advanced Clinical Practice, education design, quality improvement, and strategic service development.

Today, Du Bois Group provides the framework for three interconnected domains:

• PRACTICE [DB Clinical Services] – Advanced clinical and specialist paramedic services across primary, urgent, and emergency care settings.
• EDUCATE [AMEGA Training] – Professional education and training courses, mentoring & coaching, educational resources and portfolio development services.
• COACH [Axiom Coaching] – Healthcare leadership and productivity coaching, aimed at supporting and safeguarding expert care and clinical practice and service efficiency.
