Ali Al Ali has extensive experience in corporate governance and shareholder relations, currently serving as Company Secretary at du since April 2010, where responsibilities include the development of a corporate governance model compliant with UAE laws and international best practices, as well as managing the Corporate Governance Manual. Previous roles include Assistant Manager at Dubai Real Estate Corporation and Team Leader for Registration and Licensing at TECOM Investment. Ali holds an LLM in International Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, a Bachelor's degree in Law and Economics from the University of Al Jazeera, and a BAC +3 in French language and literature from Université de Toulouse Le Mirail.
